Leadership & Coordination

According to the Articles of Incorporation and the Statute of APPFE, the coordination of its activity is ensured by:

• The Board of Directors, composed of 9 representatives
• The General Assembly of Members (AGA), which includes all APPFE members
• The President

Furthermore, based on the AGA Resolution, at the APPFE level there are 5 specialized technical committees, as follows:

• Technical Committee for Stormwater Management
• Technical Committee for Water Supply and Sewerage
• Technical Committee for Waste Management
• Legal and Public Procurement Committee
• Committee for Relations with Central and Local Authorities

Within the Technical Committees, thematic Working Groups composed of specialists operate, and during their meetings, technical, financial, institutional, legal, environmental, and public procurement aspects of interest to members are discussed.

The activity of the Working Groups results in the launch of APPFE actions and initiatives aimed at contributing to the development of appropriate solutions to the identified issues.
